The ideal Techtron Environmental Solutions franchise owner shares our philosophy of solving customer problems and is passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable, and impactful environmental testing where and when it’s needed. We seek financially qualified candidates who are inspired by our mission to change the way environmental testing is delivered and provide mobile environmental testing solutions to restoration contractors, mitigation and remediation contractors, renovation contractors, plumbers, property managers, insurers, realtors, and commercial/residential business owners across the U.S. You do not need to be an environmental testing expert to begin your franchising journey with us, but it is helpful for you or your key team members to have prior industrial hygiene or related field/laboratory experience. We welcome existing franchise and business owners of disaster recovery and/or restoration contracting brands and offer add-ons to complement existing services.

Franchise owners and their Industrial Hygienists will spend one week of comprehensive training on our franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our franchise team will travel to your location for up to two weeks, to make sure you are completely supported and excited to open your doors. Owners will have access to our Confidential Operations Manual and our proprietary Techtron Operating System for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $162,200 to $254,500. This includes a $60,000 initial franchise fee, with a 10% discount for multiple franchises. We require every owner to purchase two mobile lab franchises/territories. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may be able to refer you to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

We collect a royalty fee equal to 8% of gross revenue. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Techtron Environmental Solutions franchise owners will be required to spend a minimum of 2% of gross revenues on local marketing. You will also contribute up to 2% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote our brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.

The initial term of your agreement is five years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
